  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

2. Return Window

You have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items returned outside of this period may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been installed, used, or damaged by the customer.

4. Process for Returns

To initiate a return:

  2. We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely, including all original packaging and accessories, and ship it to the address provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing time may vary based on your bank or payment provider.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

  3. Provide photos of the damaged or defective item and the packaging.
